1.Introduction:
A two-component coating composed of epoxy resin, iron oxide red, anti rust pigment, additives, and diluents, packaged in both A and B components. This product has a fast drying speed, excellent physical and mechanical properties of the coating, and good rust prevention performance

The surface of the steel structure should be clean and free of pollutants such as oil stains and dust. And sandblasting or shot blasting treatment should reach Sa2.5 level, or manual mechanical rust removal should reach St3 level
3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.
4.Notes:
To prevent the formation of coating defects such as bubbles and pinholes in difficult to apply areas such as steel corners, indentations, and welds, a brush is first used to apply localized coating, followed by large-scale coating.
If it is necessary to increase the film thickness for multiple coatings, the previous coating should be inspected after the previous coating is completed and before the next coating is applied. The inspection items include dryness and thickness, whether there are bubbles, pinholes, wrinkles, etc. for timely adjustment and treatment in the next coating process Company Profile
