2.Surface treatment:
If the previous coating has been contaminated, appropriate methods should be chosen to remove grease and dust, or this paint thinner can be used for scrubbing.
3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.
4.Notes:
1.During construction, the coating should be prepared according to the required amount, and the prepared coating should be used up within 5 hours to prevent waste due to prolonged curing.
2. The tools used for construction should be kept dry and clean, and no impurities such as water, banana oil, alcohol solvents, etc. should be mixed into the coating.
3. After using the curing agent, it must be tightly covered and used up as soon as possible to prevent losses caused by reactions with water vapor in the air.
