2.Surface treatment:
When applying the primer surface, it needs to undergo secondary rust removal to achieve St3 level. If the primer is exposed to the atmosphere for a long time, all dirt such as white rust and oil stains should be removed, and the powdered paint surface should be polished off.
3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.
4.Notes:
1. Due to the high powder content of the coating, it is recommended to use mechanical stirring to mix component A evenly before use, and then mix it evenly with component B.
2. Regularly stir during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can cause an imbalance between the powder to liquid ratio and affect the quality of the paint film.
3. After mixing, two-component coatings are generally used up within 5 hours, and exceeding the time limit may affect the coating quality.
4. After using the curing agent, it must be tightly covered and used up as soon as possible to prevent losses caused by reactions with water vapor in the air.
