1.Introduction:

A two-component coating composed of epoxy resin, zinc phosphate, anti rust pigments, additives, solvents, etc., packaged in both A and B components. This product has excellent anti rust performance, adhesion, flexibility, and good salt spray and water resistance, and has good compatibility with epoxy paint systems

2.Surface treatment: 
The surface of steel structures must be treated with shot blasting or sandblasting to achieve Sa2.5 level, or manually derusted to achieve St3 level. The cleaned steel structure surface should be coated within 8 hours.

3.Construction conditions: 
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.

4.Notes:
1. For difficult to apply areas such as steel corners, indentations, and welds, in order to prevent the formation of coating defects such as bubbles and pinholes in these areas, first use a brush to apply local coating, and then apply normal large-area coating.
If multiple coatings are applied, the previous coating should be inspected before the next coating is applied after the previous coating is completed. The inspection items include dryness and thickness, bubbles, pinholes, wrinkles, etc. for timely adjustment during the next coating process.
3. After mixing, two-component coatings are generally used up within 5 hours, and exceeding the time limit may affect the coating quality.
4. After using the curing agent, it must be tightly covered and used up as soon as possible to prevent losses caused by reactions with water vapor in the air.

On-site Technical Service Plan

1. Appoint a project manager responsible for this product, who shall coordinate all work during the product
use period and actively organize liaison meetings to ensure the safe and normal use of the product. Upon
receiving the user's notice, the project manager will dispatch 1 to 2 technical personnel to rush to the site for technical services at the fastest speed (within the same day for domestic provinces, within 48 hours for other provinces, and within 5-7 days for international areas).

2. The purpose of technical service personnel is to ensure the safe and normal use of the product. We will
dispatch qualified and experienced technical service personnel, and provide a on-site service schedule
including the number of service personnel at the bidding stage. If the number of personnel fails to meet the
user's needs, we will add personnel at no extra cost.

3.Technical service personnel shall possess the following qualifications:
(1)Abide by laws and regulations, as well as all rules and regulations on site;
(2)Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, and arrive on time;
(3)Have rich practical experience in on-site testing work and be able to provide correct on-site guidance;
